Itokala is an idea and a brand rolled into one.

The Itokala method was established and is practiced by Ariane Grundmann. Her holistic approach to change navigation is based on the “Work in Progress” principle.

There are practically no rigid set points. The effectiveness of the method is a result of accompanying each and every case very closely, with a high level of personal on-site presence.

Ariane Grundmann has gained her vast expertise from various international commitments over the course of her life. Her main focus was Scandinavia.
