For the planning and execution of change, Itokala uses the latest findings from Design Thinking as well as Human Centered Design, in which hierarchies play no part. The mandate of the development team has priority.

Itokala’s own experimental components are added to the concept where it seems sensible. Virtually anything is feasible in order to get on board and make use of the entire expertise and all the visions within a company through networked resources at all levels.
